In Almere ligt de focus op het borgen van continuïteit in de lijnen en het verminderen van uitval door gericht onderhoud en gerichte verbetervoorstellen. De organisatie werkt nauw samen met productie en technische afdelingen om veilige werkprocessen te waarborgen en een efficiënte overdracht van werkzaamheden mogelijk te maken. Monteurs voeren zowel preventief onderhoud als storingsonderhoud uit en ondersteunen bij modificaties, nieuwbouwprojecten en keuringen wanneer dit nodig is. De technische medewerkers assembleren onderdelen voor vervanging en assisteren bij storingsonderzoeken aan PLC-systemen.
