Locatie Loenen Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Loenen. Dit bedrijf is een productiebedrijf met een technische dienst die zorgt voor het draaiende houden van meerdere productiemachines en installaties op locatie in Loenen. De technische dienst voert zowel preventief onderhoud als storingsonderzoek en reparaties uit en werkt nauw samen met de productie- en engineeringafdelingen om downtime te minimaliseren. In Loenen liggen de werkzaamheden vooral bij mechanische onderhoudstaken, voorbereidende revisiewerkzaamheden en het uitvoeren van modificaties en uitbreidingen aan bestaande installaties. De organisatie biedt een gestructureerde werkplanning met een vijfwekelijkse cyclus en een consignatierooster dat van tevoren bekend is zodat medewerkers hun beschikbaarheid kunnen plannen. Medewerkers krijgen een op maat gemaakt inwerktraject en on-the-job coaching om snel zelfstandig te kunnen werken en door te groeien naar meer gespecialiseerde of leidinggevende functies.
