Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een praktische en hands-on cultuur. De organisatie zoekt een Monteur Technische Dienst die mechanisch onderhoud uitvoert en storingen oplost. Het team werkt dagelijks aan het waarborgen van betrouwbare productieprocessen en het minimaliseren van stilstand door snel en doelgericht onderhoud uit te voeren. In Den Helder werkt de technische dienst nauw samen met de productie- en engineeringafdelingen om uitvoerbare verbeteringen door te voeren en de beschikbaarheid van machines hoog te houden. De rol richt zich op mechanische werkzaamheden binnen een productieomgeving en vereist nauwkeurigheid, een oplossingsgerichte houding en de wil om samen te werken aan continue verbetering. De organisatie biedt een gestructureerde werkomgeving en aandacht voor veiligheid en vakmanschap zodat nieuwe medewerkers snel aan de slag kunnen en zich verder kunnen ontwikkelen binnen het technische vakgebied.

- Je voert mechanisch onderhoud en reparaties uit aan productiemachines

- Je lost storingen op en voorkomt productiestilstand als Monteur Technische Dienst

- Je ondersteunt bij installatie en inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe apparatuur

- Je registreert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en rapporteert bijdragen aan verbeteringen

- Je werkt samen met productie en engineering om processen te optimaliseren als Monteur Technische Dienst

Functie-eisen: - MBO werk- en denkniveau richting Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar

- Ervaring als monteur of in een technische dienst met mechanisch onderhoud

- Vaardigheid in storingsanalyse en mechanische reparatietechnieken

- Het vermogen om technische tekeningen te lezen en instructies te volgen
