Locatie Moerdijk Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Moerdijk. Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf in de staalverwerkende industrie dat een modern en hoogtechnologisch verzinkproces toepast. Het bedrijf verwerkt warmgewalste rollen staal in een continu proces waarin materiaal wordt gebeits, verzinkt en behandeld en een deel op een aparte installatie in smalle stroken wordt gesneden. De productieomgeving is modern en schoon en de activiteiten richten zich op zowel beitelproces als verder verwerken van gegalvaniseerd materiaal. De organisatie verwerkt jaarlijks ongeveer 500.000 ton staal. Het grootste deel van de productie is bestemd voor export buiten Nederland en veel van het geproduceerde staal wordt gebruikt in meubels, profielen, de bouw en (graan)silo's. Bij deze organisatie werken ongeveer 150 collega's, waarvan een groot deel in ploegendienst. In de technische dienst werkt een team van 18 gedreven collega's - 7 elektronisch en 11 mechanisch (MTD) - die gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor onderhoud, storingsoplossing en projectuitvoering.
