Als Monteur Technische Dienst krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhoud van machines, productielijnen en technische installaties. Van een onverwachte storing tot gepland onderhoud en technische verbeteringen: jij zorgt voor een veilige, betrouwbare en goed onderhouden productieomgeving. Het bedrijf waar je gaat werken is een productieorganisatie in Axel waar dagelijks met verschillende machines, productielijnen en technische installaties wordt gewerkt. Een betrouwbare technische omgeving is daarom essentieel voor het productieproces. Jij bent deels zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het technisch onderhoud en de beschikbaarheid van machines, productielijnen en installaties. Je combineert preventief onderhoud met het oplossen van onverwachte storingen en houdt daarbij altijd rekening met veiligheid en de voortgang van de productie. Je bepaalt zelfstandig welke werkzaamheden prioriteit hebben en welke reparaties je zelf kunt uitvoeren. Wanneer specialistische kennis nodig is, schakel je externe partijen in en begeleid je hun werkzaamheden. Naast het sleutelen krijg je verantwoordelijkheid voor de onderhoudsplanning, technische registraties en de voorraad van belangrijke reserveonderdelen. Wat ga je precies doen? - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines en productielijnen; - Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische en technische storingen; - Repareren en onderhouden van machines, apparatuur en werktuigbouwkundige installaties; - Inspecteren van machines en productiemiddelen op technische staat en veiligheid; - Opstellen, plannen en bewaken van onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Signaleren van terugkerende storingen en aandragen van technische verbeteringen; - Beheren en act...
