Het team in Gouda voert dagelijks werkzaamheden uit aan productielijnen en installaties om stilstand te voorkomen en productieprocessen te ondersteunen. De organisatie richt zich op het onderhoud en de operatie van mechanische en elektrische systemen binnen een productieomgeving en werkt met een technische dienst die storingen verhelpt, preventief onderhoud uitvoert en technische verbeteringen signaleert. In Gouda werk je samen met collega’s van productie en werkvoorbereiding om prioriteiten te bepalen en snelle oplossingen te bieden bij onverwachte storingen. De werkomgeving vraagt om een praktische instelling, analytisch vermogen en het vermogen om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen tijdens een dienst. Er is sprake van ploegendienst waardoor flexibiliteit in werktijden vereist is en er frequent gewerkt wordt in wisselende roosters. De organisatie investeert in vakbekwaamheid door middel van opleidingen en on-the-job begeleiding tijdens de inwerkperiode zodat nieuwe monteurs snel operationeel worden.
