Dit productiebedrijf is actief binnen de industrie en verzorgt mechanische assemblage en onderhoud in een productieomgeving. De organisatie voert werkzaamheden uit in en rond Oud-Beijerland en werkt nauw samen met afdelingen als productie en werkvoorbereiding. De technische dienst binnen deze organisatie richt zich op het uitvoeren van mechanisch onderhoud, het herstellen van storingen en het ondersteunen van productielijnen. De omgeving is gericht op veilige en efficiënte productie en kent een praktische aanpak waarbij medewerkers zelfstandig kunnen werken en technische voorstellen voor verbetering kunnen aandragen. Medewerkers in de technische dienst voeren zowel preventief onderhoud als correctief onderhoud uit en documenteren uitgevoerde werkzaamheden volgens interne procedures. De functie vraagt om hands-on inzet en het vermogen om mechanische onderdelen te assembleren en te onderhouden in een productiecontext. De werkplek ligt in de regio van Oud-Beijerland en kent directe samenwerking met montage- en productieteams om productiecontinuïteit te waarborgen.

- Je assembleert en onderhoudt mechanische onderdelen en installaties

- De Monteur Technische Dienst voert preventief onderhoud en eenvoudige modificaties uit

- Als Monteur Technische Dienst los je storingen op en ondersteun je bij reparaties

- Je werkt samen met productie en werkvoorbereiding om technische oplossingen te realiseren

- Je gebruikt handgereedschap en meetinstrumenten en rapporteert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

Functie-eisen: - MBO-opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar niveau

- Enkele jaren ervaring als monteur of in een technische dienst binnen de industrie

- Praktische vaardigheden in mechanische montage, testen en storingsanalyse
