Deze organisatie is actief binnen de industrie en heeft een productielocatie in Hengelo waar werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische werkzaamheden centraal staan. De organisatie richt zich op het waarborgen van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van bedrijfsinstallaties door het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud. In Hengelo werken technische teams nauw samen met de productieafdelingen om storingen snel op te lossen en onderhoudsstrategieën continu te verbeteren. De technische afdeling bestaat uit ca. 20 werktuigbouwkundigen en levert input voor werkplannen, root cause analyses en gestandaardiseerde onderhoudsprocedures. Als Monteur Mechatronica voer je werkzaamheden uit volgens een onderhoudsschema, analyseer je storingen met behulp van relevante tekeningen en draag je bij aan verbeteringen van equipment onderhoudsstrategieën. Je maakt deel uit van een storingsdienst en wordt periodiek ingeroosterd voor 5-ploegendienst. Veiligheid heeft prioriteit en er wordt gewerkt volgens vaste veiligheidsregels en procedures waarbij het Stop Principe actief wordt toegepast. De organisatie stimuleert een continue verbetermentaliteit en verwacht dat medewerkers verbeteringen signaleren en implementeren binnen de shop floor omgeving.
