Dit productiebedrijf zoekt een Monteur Technische Dienst die werkzaamheden uitvoert binnen een dagelijkse productieomgeving en bijdraagt aan de technische beschikbaarheid van de installaties in Alphen aan den Rijn. De organisatie onderhoudt en repareert mechanische en elektrische apparatuur en hecht waarde aan veilige en betrouwbare productieprocessen. De Monteur Technische Dienst werkt nauw samen met collegas uit de technische dienst en ondersteunt bij preventief onderhoud, het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van kleine modificaties. De functie vraagt om een praktische instelling, oog voor veiligheid en het vermogen om zelfstandig technische problemen te analyseren en op te lossen. De organisatie biedt een gestructureerde werkvloer met aandacht voor werkmethoden, registratie van werkzaamheden en continu verbeteren van procedures. Werken in deze rol betekent dat je onderdeel bent van een team dat de operationele continuïteit ondersteunt en technische knelpunten snel aanpakt.
