Monteurs en technici werken samen met project-engineers en de verkoopafdeling om complexe storingen op te lossen en klantspecifieke oplossingen te realiseren. De nadruk ligt op het analyseren van storingen, het aanpassen van PLC-programma's en het omzetten van programmatuur naar nieuwere generaties PLC-systemen. Er is aandacht voor een nauwkeurige reparatieadministratie en een dienstregeling voor serviceverzoeken en roulatie volgens afgesproken schema.
