Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf binnen de industrie met aandacht voor veilig en continu onderhoudswerk. Het team zoekt een Onderhoudsmonteur Mechanisch die mechanisch onderhoud uitvoert en productieprocessen ondersteunt. De organisatie in Leerdam werkt vanuit een productieomgeving waar de technische dienst nauw samenwerkt met productie en engineering om stilstand te voorkomen en processen te verbeteren. De rol richt zich op mechanische onderhoudswerkzaamheden, het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud binnen de productieomgeving. De nieuwe medewerker krijgt een gestructureerde inwerkperiode en werkt dagelijks op locatie in Leerdam met korte communicatielijnen naar collega’s in de technische dienst en de productie. De functie vraagt praktische inzet, probleemoplossend vermogen en een hands-on mentaliteit om productiestilstand te beperken. Taken zijn onder andere reparaties uitvoeren, inspecties doen en terugkoppelen van technische verbeterpunten aan betrokken afdelingen. Er is aandacht voor veilig werken en het melden van afwijkingen richting de technische dienst. De organisatie stimuleert vakmanschap en het delen van kennis binnen het team om de betrouwbaarheid van de installaties te verhogen.

- Je lost storingen op en reduceert productiestilstand door snel te handelen

- Je voert preventief onderhoud en inspecties uit volgens de planning

- Je rapporteert findings en werkt samen met de technische dienst en productie aan verbeteringen
