Filmavond op de bank? Jij zorgt ervoor dat die zak chips gewoon op tafel kan staan. Als monteur technische dienst houd jij in Marknesse de machines draaiende waarmee dagelijks chips worden gekruid, gewogen en verpakt. Samen met 3 andere monteurs sleutel je onder andere aan flavourunits, trommels, sealunits, transportbanden, wegers en etiketteermachines. Loopt een verpakkingslijn vast of werkt een machine niet goed? Dan zoek jij uit waar het probleem zit, voer je de reparatie uit en zorg je dat de productie snel weer verder kan. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om machines technisch te verbeteren en terugkerende storingen te voorkomen. Zorg jij ervoor dat de chips netjes de zak in blijven rollen? Dan zoeken wij jou. - Onderhouden en inspecteren van machines en installaties - Storingen zoeken en oplossen met meet- en testapparatuur - Reparaties uitvoeren om stilstand van de productielijnen te beperken - Machines en technische systemen verbeteren en aanpassen - Operators uitleg geven over het veilig en goed gebruiken van de machines

Wij zijn een groeiende producent van aardappel- en groentechips in de regio Marknesse. Vanuit onze fabriek maken en verpakken we chips voor verschillende merken en supermarktketens in binnen- en buitenland. Op de inpak- en flavourafdeling worden de chips gekruid, gewogen, verpakt en klaargemaakt voor verzending naar klanten door heel Europa. Jij werkt in een technische dienst met 3 monteurs en schakelt bij grotere klussen ook met externe monteurs. Je krijgt een vernieuwde werkplaats, goed gereedschap en vooral veel vrijheid om technische problemen op te lossen en verbeteringen aan het machinepark door te voeren.
