Locatie Andelst Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Andelst. Deze organisatie voert onderhoud en technische werkzaamheden uit aan zandwinningsinstallaties en aanverwante apparatuur in de regio. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op locaties rond Andelst en richten zich op het onderhoud van zandklasseerinstallaties, het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Medewerkers werken veelal in de buitenlucht en voeren mechanische, hydraulische en pneumatische werkzaamheden uit aan mobiele en vaste onderdelen van de installatie. De organisatie werkt met een team van collega-monteurs en onderhoudsspecialisten en heeft korte lijnen met de locatiebeheerder voor afstemming van werkzaamheden en verbeteringen. Opleidingen en trainingen maken deel uit van de begeleiding zodat nieuwe medewerkers opgeleid worden voor het vak en veilig kunnen werken in de buitendienst. De werkuren worden in onderling overleg gepland en er is een pensioenregeling via Bpf BOUW. Daarnaast ontvangen medewerkers 20 vakantiedagen en 10 ADV-dagen en is er veel ruimte voor zelfstandigheid en ontwikkeling binnen de technische werkzaamheden in de zandwinning.
