Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een eigen technische dienst dat zich richt op het in stand houden en verbeteren van productieprocessen in een productieomgeving. De technische dienst voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit en zorgt voor de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties in en rond Schoonhoven. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het oplossen van storingen, het uitvoeren van geplande onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het ondersteunen van kleine modificaties en optimalisaties van apparatuur en lijnen. De organisatie hecht waarde aan veilig en efficiënt werken en werkt volgens gestandaardiseerde procedures binnen de technische dienst. De rol van de monteur is operationeel van aard en draagt bij aan het minimaliseren van stilstand en het verbeteren van de procescontinuïteit. De technische dienst werkt samen met productie, engineering en werkvoorbereiding om onderhoudswerkzaamheden af te stemmen en verbeteringen door te voeren. De werkplek bevindt zich op één vaste locatie en kent een praktische, hands-on cultuur waarin zelfstandigheid en oplossingsgericht werken gewaardeerd worden.
