Locatie Uithoorn Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Aalsmeer. Deze organisatie is actief in de bloemenbranche en opereert vanuit locaties in Aalsmeer en Honselersdijk. Het bedrijf verzorgt de verwerking en export van snijbloemen naar afnemers in binnen- en buitenland en verkoopt aan bloemengroothandels en bloemisten in meer dan 50 landen. De productieomgeving omvat uitgebreide interne logistieke lijnen en een uniek lopende bandsysteem dat start in de koelcel en eindigt bij de verpakkings- en verzendafdeling. In deze productieomgeving staan betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit van de techniek centraal zodat de logistieke stroom van de bloemen verzekerd blijft Op de technische dienst ligt de zorg voor een breed scala aan apparatuur waaronder lopende banden, sealapparaten, koelmotoren en touwmachines naast intern materieel zoals elektrotrekkers en bedrijfsfietsen. De technische werkzaamheden omvatten het oplossen van storingen, uitvoeren van reparaties en het plannen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud. Technici werken nauw samen met productie en leidinggevenden en opereren zowel op de vestiging in Aalsmeer als op de site in Honselersdijk. De rol vraagt inzet tijdens drukke periodes waarbij de werktijden kunnen worden verruimd zodat de lopende band blijft draaien.
