Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een technische dienst die verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud en de beschikbaarheid van de productieomgeving in Oldenzaal. De technische dienst voert dagelijks taken uit om storingen te verhelpen en preventief onderhoud te realiseren zodat de operatie soepel kan verlopen. De organisatie zoekt kandidaten die als Technische dienst medewerker kunnen bijdragen aan continuïteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer en die gewend zijn te werken volgens geaccepteerde procedures. In deze rol staat samenwerken met productie en werkvoorbereiding centraal en is het belangrijk dat monteurs snel schakelen bij storingen en voorstellen doen voor praktische verbeteringen. De functie vraagt flexibiliteit en inzetbaarheid in een 5 ploegenrooster en een praktische, oplossingsgerichte instelling. De werkzaamheden zijn hands-on en gericht op het waarborgen van productiecontinuïteit en het minimaliseren van stilstand door effectief onderhoud en snelle storingsoplossing. De organisatie biedt een professionele werkomgeving en structurele begeleiding tijdens de inwerkperiode zodat nieuwe medewerkers snel op niveau komen.

- Je voert mechanisch en elektrotechnisch onderhoud uit als Monteur Technische Dienst

- Je ondersteunt bij preventief onderhoud en verbetert onderhoudsprocedures

- Je registreert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en draagt bij aan de continuïteit van de technische dienst

Functie-eisen: - Bereidheid om te werken in een 5 ploegenrooster

- Ervaring als monteur of in een technische dienst

- Praktische technische vaardigheden met mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen

- Oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig kunnen werken
