Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf dat zich richt op het onderhoud en de beschikbaarheid van technische installaties binnen een productieomgeving. Het bedrijf verzorgt dagelijks uitvoering van preventief onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen om de continuïteit van de productie te waarborgen. In Weert werkt de technische dienst nauw samen met de productieafdeling en andere operationele teams om storingsduur te minimaliseren en veiligheid te garanderen. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een praktische productieomgeving waar zowel mechanische als elektrotechnische expertise nodig is. Medewerkers voeren inspecties uit, registreren uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en dragen bij aan verbeteringen in onderhoudsprocedures. De organisatie biedt een hands-on werkomgeving met duidelijke instructies en een korte introductieperiode voor nieuwe medewerkers. Werken in Weert vraagt van kandidaten dat zij flexibel zijn en bereid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken wanneer dat nodig is. - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring als monteur of in de technische dienst

- Kennis van mechanische technieken, elektrotechniek en preventief onderhoud

- Bereidheid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken en flexibiliteit in werktijden

- In het bezit van rijbewijs B

Wij bieden: - Salaris: €2750 - €4500 per maand

- Aantal vakantiedagen: 25
