Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf in de voedingssector met een lange familiegeschiedenis en een sterke focus op ambachtelijke broodproducten. Het bedrijf produceert dagelijks verse bakkerijproducten in een productielocatie in Roosendaal en hanteert gestandaardiseerde productie- en onderhoudsprocessen om continuïteit en voedselveiligheid te waarborgen. De technische dienst van deze organisatie is verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van storingen, het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het doorvoeren van kleine verbeteringen aan machines en installaties. Medewerkers krijgen kansen voor ontwikkeling via interne en externe trainingen en werken samen met productie, engineering en werkvoorbereiding om stilstand te minimaliseren. De werkomgeving combineert praktische onderhoudstaken met technisch inzicht in besturingstechniek en industriële automatisering. De functie kent werktijden op basis van een arbeidsomvang van 32 - 38 uur per week en kan werkzaamheden op verschillende dagdelen omvatten. De organisatie hecht waarde aan een collegiale sfeer, korte communicatielijnen en een veilige werkomgeving waarbij kennisdeling en scholing worden gestimuleerd.
