Ben jij technisch onderlegd, kun jij snel schakelen en weet je precies hoe je een storing moet oplossen? Dan is de functie van Monteur bij Stegeman perfect voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Monteur binnen de Technische Dienst ben jij de spil van het productieproces bij Stegeman. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt door snel en efficiënt in te grijpen bij storingen. Omdat het stilvallen van machines betekent dat de productie ook stilvalt, ben jij altijd alert en bereid om snel de juiste beslissingen te nemen. Je belangrijkste taken zijn onder andere: - Oplossen van ad-hoc storingen: Wanneer er een storing is, weet jij precies wat te doen om de productie snel weer op gang te brengen. - Uitvoeren van gepland onderhoud: Je zorgt ervoor dat machines optimaal blijven functioneren door preventief onderhoud te plegen. - Samenwerken met collega's: Je werkt nauw samen met de Technische Dienst en de teams van de productieafdelingen (Processing en Slicing & Packaging) om het productieproces te ondersteunen. - Afstemming: Tijdens je werk zorg je ervoor dat er altijd een goede communicatie is met je collega's om zo het proces efficiënt te houden. Stegeman kijkt niet alleen naar vlees zoals het traditioneel wordt geproduceerd, maar is ook vooruitstrevend in het creëren van producten met een gezondere twist.
