Locatie Gouda Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Gouda. Dit bedrijf is een productiebedrijf met een operationele technische dienst. De technische dienst voert onderhoudswerkzaamheden en storingsoplossing uit op de productielocatie en werkt daarbij nauw samen met de afdeling productie. De organisatie heeft een productieomgeving waarin continu wordt gewerkt aan het in bedrijf houden van installaties en machines. De technische dienst in Gouda is verantwoordelijk voor zowel het oplossen van acute storingen als het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het doorvoeren van kleine verbeteringen aan installaties. Medewerkers in de technische dienst werken regelmatig samen met medewerkers van productie en engineering om beschikbaarheid en veiligheid van de processen te waarborgen. De werkomgeving vraagt om praktische probleemoplossers die goed kunnen schakelen tussen planmatig onderhoud en spoedreparaties. Er is aandacht voor hands-on begeleiding tijdens de inwerkperiode en voor het verder ontwikkelen van technische vaardigheden binnen de technische dienst.
