Ben jij technisch sterk, houd je van storingen oplossen én zie je graag direct resultaat van je werk? Als Monteur Technische Dienst zorg je ervoor dat moderne productie-installaties betrouwbaar blijven draaien en krijg je volop ruimte om technische verbeteringen aan te dragen. Je werkt met verschillende technieken, krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en kunt jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen een internationale werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen? Als Monteur Technische Dienst zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces zo soepel mogelijk blijft verlopen. Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit, analyseert storingen en grijpt snel in wanneer een installatie niet goed functioneert. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar het oplossen van een storing, maar ook naar de oorzaak en hoe deze in de toekomst voorkomen kan worden.

Je werkt onder andere met:

- Extruders, drooginstallaties en koelinstallaties; - Transport- en conveyorsystemen; - Geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen; - PLC-gestuurde installaties en besturingssystemen.

Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het lokaliseren en verhelpen van mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen. Je registreert je werkzaamheden en storingen in SAP en denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen. Samen met collega's van de productie analyseer je terugkerende storingen en werk je aan het verhogen van de beschikbaarheid van de installaties.

Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 2.640 tot € 4.370, inclusief bonusregeling; - 10% ploegentoeslag en een premievrij pensioen; - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV-dagen; - Direct een contract bij de werkgever; - Opleidings- en certificeringsmogelijkheden, waaronder NEN 3140 en VCA; - Een functie in dagdienst met mogelijkheden om flexibel richting ploegendienst te werken.
