Als monteur technische dienst in Medemblik krijg je een breed machinepark onder je hoede. Je zoekt storingen uit, voert onderhoud uit en denkt mee over technische verbeteringen. Meestal werk je gewoon overdag. Alleen wanneer het nodig is, draai je tijdelijk mee in 2 ploegen. Zo maak je werk van jouw toekomst. Wat ga je doen? Als monteur technische dienst zorg je samen met je collega's dat de productie kan blijven draaien. Je werkt met zowel nieuwe als oudere machines. Daardoor kom je verschillende technieken tegen en blijft het werk afwisselend. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opsporen en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen. - Uitvoeren van gepland onderhoud en technische inspecties. - Controleren en uitlezen van machines en PLC-systemen. - Vastleggen van storingen en uitgevoerde onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Verbeteren van machines en installaties samen met je collega's. Je werkt meestal van 07.30 tot 16.30 uur. Als de productie daarom vraagt, werk je tijdelijk in 2 ploegen: - 06.00 tot 14.30 uur. - 14.30 tot 23.00 uur.
