Als trailermonteur in de havenregio Rotterdam werk je aan uiteenlopende trailers en specialistisch transportmaterieel. Als trailermonteur ben je bezig met onderhoud, reparaties en modificaties in een moderne werkplaats. Daarbij combineer je mechanica, hydrauliek, elektrotechniek en laswerk in je dagelijkse werk. - Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan trailers en transportmaterieel; - Lokaliseren en verhelpen van mechanische, hydraulische en elektrische storingen; - Monteren, demonteren en vervangen van technische componenten, zoals assen, remsystemen, afsluiters en appendages; - Uitvoeren van laswerkzaamheden aan stalen en aluminium onderdelen; - Modificeren, reviseren en versterken van chassis, frames en constructiedelen; - Uitvoeren van inspecties, controles en functionele testen om de veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van het materieel te waarborgen; - Samenwerken met collega's om de werkplaats veilig, efficiënt en georganiseerd te houden. Wat heb je nodig? Je bent een trailermonteur die graag aan zwaar materieel werkt. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt in oplossingen en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je pakt uiteenlopende werkzaamheden op en voelt je thuis in een praktische werkplaatsomgeving. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring; - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een technische richting, zoals voertuigtechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, metaaltechniek of constructiewerk; - Ervaring met onderhoud en reparatie van trailers, bedrijfswagens of ander zwaar materieel is een must; - Ervaring met MIG-, MAG- en/of TIG-lassen is een pluspunt; - Kennis van hydrauliek, elektrotechniek of druksystemen is zeer gewenst; - Je bent woonachtig in de regio Rotterdam of bent bereid hier te werken.
