Als Monteur Watertechniek ben je een echte vakman. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aanleg, onderhoud en optimalisatie van watertechnische installaties bij onze klanten. Je werkt zelfstandig of in kleine teams en bent betrokken bij uitdagende projecten die innovatie en duurzaamheid combineren. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Het zelfstandig installeren van waterleidingen, beregeningsinstallaties, eb/vloed-systemen en pompunits; Het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan bestaande watertechnische installaties; Het oplossen van technische storingen en het adviseren van klanten over optimalisatie en efficiency; Samenwerken met projectleiders en engineers om projecten soepel te realiseren volgens planning en kwaliteitseisen; Het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsstandaarden tijdens alle werkzaamheden. Je mag bij hard werken ook wat terug verwachten. Je krijgt: Een aantrekelijk salaris oplopend tot €4.200 bruto per maand op basis van jouw ervaring en kennis; 40-urige werkweek met mogelijkheden voor flexibele werkuren en projecten op diverse locaties; 25 vakantiedagen 13 ATV-dagen bij fulltime dienstverband; Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Metaal & Techniek, inclusief deelname aan het Pensioenfonds Metaal & Techniek (PMT); Een gezellige, collegiale werksfeer met betrokken collega’s en een actieve personeelsvereniging; Mogelijkheden voor opleiding, training en doorgroei naar senior- of specialistfuncties; Werken in een innovatieve en duurzame omgeving waar jouw kennis direct impact maakt op projecten. Jij bent een ervaren en zelfstandige vakman die plezier haalt uit uitdagende watertechnische projecten. Verder: Je hebt een MBO‑niveau 3/4 opleiding in de richting installatietechniek of watertechniek, of aantoonbare werkervaring; Je beschikt over minimaal 3-5 jaar werkervaring in watertechniek, tuinbouw of een vergelijkbare technische sector; Je bent handig met gereedschap, installatietechnische systemen en hebt een scherp tech
