Vaste dienst, ZZP Monteur Utiliteiten Ben jij een veelzijdige utiliteitsmonteur met kennis van gebouwgebonden installaties en technische systemen? - Vaste dienst, ZZP - Zuid-Holland - Dagdienst Over de job Voor onze opdrachtgever in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie zoeken wij een Utiliteitsmonteur die ervoor zorgt dat de technische voorzieningen binnen de productielocatie betrouwbaar en optimaal functioneren. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende installaties en systemen die essentieel zijn voor een veilige, efficiënte en ononderbroken bedrijfsvoering. Als Utiliteitsmonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, controleren en optimaliseren van de technische voorzieningen binnen de organisatie. Je werkt aan verschillende installaties en systemen, waaronder luchttechnische installaties, koeltechniek, verwarmings- en watersystemen en stoominstallaties. Je signaleert afwijkingen, analyseert technische problemen en zorgt voor passende oplossingen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen het verhelpen van storingen: je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen, energiebesparing en het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid van de installaties. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan utiliteitsinstallaties en technische voorzieningen. - Opsporen, analyseren en verhelpen van storingen aan uiteenlopende technische systemen. - Controleren en onderhouden van luchttechnische installaties, heet- en koudwatersystemen en stoominstallaties. - Werken aan koeltechnische installaties en waterzuiveringssystemen, zowel chemisch als biologisch. - Onderhouden en controleren van hydraulische, elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische systemen. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en tijdig ondernemen van actie om storingen en procesonderbrekingen te voorkomen. - Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en het optimaliseren van installaties en processen. - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met collega's en andere betrokken afdelinge...
