Als monteur van afsluitingen en poorten zie je meteen resultaat van je werk. Je vertrekt 's morgens met je vaste ploeg naar de werf en zorgt er samen voor dat de afsluiting, poort of constructie correct geplaatst wordt.Je hoeft het vak niet al volledig te kennen. Motivatie, technisch inzicht en de wil om bij te leren zijn minstens even belangrijk als ervaring.

Wat ga je doen? Om 6u30 vertrek je samen met je collega's vanuit de firma naar de werf. Daar sta je in voor:

  • Plaatsen van afsluitingen en omheiningen.
  • Monteren van poorten.
  • Plaatsen van aanverwante constructies.
  • Werken bij particulieren, bedrijven en overheden.
  • Werken op verschillende werven in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Samenwerken met de ploegchef.
  • Zorgen voor een nette en correcte afwerking.
  • Het werk is praktisch en fysiek.
  • Je bent buiten bezig en gebruikt dagelijks verschillende gereedschappen en materialen.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een VCA-gecertificeerd familiebedrijf met jarenlange ervaring in het plaatsen van afsluitingen en poorten. De organisatie is praktisch: het materiaal wordt voor jou klaargezet en je werkt met volledig uitgeruste camionettes en aanhangwagens. Er wordt gewerkt met vertrouwen. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over je werk en je ploeg en hoeft niet voortdurend iemand naast je te hebben die vertelt wat je moet doen. We zoeken iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je:

  • Hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de bouwsector.
  • Hebt ervaring met techniek of montage.
  • Bent gewend om buiten te werken.
  • Schrikt niet terug van fysiek werk.
  • Hebt een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Bent bereid om af en toe langer te werken wanneer een opdracht afgewerkt moet worden.
