Monteur ventilatie

wij gaan op zoek naar een collega. Iemand die weet hoe een werf verloopt, graag met zijn handen werkt en voldoening haalt uit een installatie die technisch klopt én netjes is afgewerkt.

Heb je al enkele jaren ervaring met residentiële ventilatie? Kun je zelfstandig aan de slag, maar werk je evengoed graag samen met een collega? Dan zou jij goed binnen ons team kunnen passen.

Wat doen we precies?

Wij plaatsen ventilatiesystemen in woningen en appartementen in de regio.

Dat gaat van het monteren van luchtkanalen en ventilatiegroepen tot het aansluiten, afregelen en controleren van de volledige installatie.

Geen enkele werf is helemaal hetzelfde. De ene dag werk je in een nieuwbouwwoning, de andere dag plaats je een systeem tijdens een renovatie. Soms werk je alleen, vaak samen met een collega of met andere vakmensen op de werf.

We zorgen ervoor dat iedere installatie veilig, correct en verzorgd wordt opgeleverd.

Jouw taken als Monteur Ventilatie

  • Monteren en installeren van luchtkanalen, roosters, ventielen en ventilatiesystemen
  • Werken aan de hand van plannen en technische schema's
  • Samenwerken in team met ervaren monteurs om kwalitatieve installaties af te leveren
  • Basiskennis elektriciteit gebruiken bij de montage is een pluspunt

Wie zoeken wij:

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan vlot werken volgens plan
  • ervaring als monteur HVAC/ ventilatie is mooi meegenomen, maar we leren je ook graag bij
  • Je bent een teamspeler die kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk vindt
  • Een rijbewijs B is een troef om je vlot te verplaatsen naar werven in de regio

Een technische opleiding in HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit of een vergelijkbare richting is mooi meegenomen. Relevante praktijkervaring is minstens even belangrijk.

Wat we belangrijk vinden bij een nieuwe collega?

Voor mij draait goed samenwerken niet alleen om technische kennis.

Ik werk graag met iemand die afspraken nakomt, op tijd aanwezig is en mee verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het eindresultaat. Iemand die niet zomaar zegt dat iets onmogelijk is, maar eerst bekijkt hoe we het kunnen oplossen.

Op een werf moet je op elkaar kunnen rekenen. We helpen elkaar wanneer dat nodig is, maar geven elkaar ook de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken.

En uiteraard mag er tijdens het werk ook gelachen worden.
