Aufgaben, die mir Freude machen

* Abwechslungsreiche Projekte & Baustellenverantwortung: Selbstständige Umsetzung und Führung von Elektro-Installationsprojekten im Gewerbe-, Wohn- und Kommunalbau.

* Fachgerechte Installation & Teamführung: Montage und Verkabelung von Haupt- und Unterverteilern, Tragsystemen, Beleuchtungs- und Sicherheitsanlagen sowie die fachliche Anleitung von Kolleg:innen auf der Baustelle.

* Schnittstelle vor Ort: Enger Austausch mit der Projektleitung, Kunden sowie anderen Gewerken auf der Baustelle.

* Projektabwicklung & Qualitätssicherung: Aktive Mitwirkung bei Messungen, Inbetriebnahmen, Mängelbehebungen sowie saubere Baustellendokumentation.

Qualifikationen, die mich auszeichnen

* Fundierte Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Lehre im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Gebäudeinstallation, Anlagentechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Erfahrene Monteure & Vorarbeiter: Mehrjährige Praxis auf Baustellen und Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Teams - Deine Expertise spiegelt sich direkt im Gehalt wider.

* Facharbeiter mit Ambitionen: Engagierte Monteure, die bereit sind, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und den Schritt zum Vorarbeiter zu machen.

* Verlässliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist und Organisationsgeschick.

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse

* Führerschein der Klasse B

Gesetzliche Gehaltsinformationen

Für diese Position bieten wir ein tatsächliches Monatsbruttogehalt in einer Spanne von € 3.400,- bis € 5.000,- brutto/Monat (14x p.a. auf Vollzeitbasis), abhängig von Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und Funktion (z. B. vom Facharbeiter/Monteur bis hin zum erfahrenen Vorarbeiter/Obermonteur). Zuzüglich zahlen wir attraktive Taggelder, Montagezulagen und Überstundenvergütungen.

Gesetzlicher Hinweis: Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt liegt bei € 3.397,52 brutto/Monat. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Monteur / Vorarbeiter Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) beträgt 3.397,52 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
