The posting

Als Monteur zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces vlot blijft verlopen en dat weefmachines optimaal blijven functioneren. Je stelt machines af, grijpt in bij technische problemen en voert kleine herstellingen uit wanneer dat nodig is. Je krijgt daarbij de kans om de machines en het productieproces grondig te leren kennen en jouw technische kennis verder uit te bouwen. Je komt terecht in een stabiele productieomgeving waar collega's elkaar helpen en waar jouw technische inzet echt een verschil maakt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt weefmachines correct in en zorgt ervoor dat ze optimaal functioneren
  • Je volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op en stuurt machines bij waar nodig
  • Je spoort mechanische en technische storingen op en zoekt naar een geschikte oplossing
  • Je voert kleine herstellingen en technische interventies uit aan machines en onderdelen
  • Je controleert de werking en kwaliteit van de machines tijdens het productieproces
  • Je helpt bij machinewissels, omstellingen en het opnieuw opstarten van machines

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een moderne textielproductieomgeving waar dagelijks gewerkt wordt met gespecialiseerde machines en technieken. Vakmanschap en technische kennis zijn belangrijk, maar je hoeft het niet alleen te kunnen: ervaren collega's begeleiden je tijdens je opstart en delen graag hun kennis. Er wordt geïnvesteerd in moderne technologie en opleidingen, waardoor je de kans krijgt om jezelf op technisch vlak verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt binnen een stabiele organisatie waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en een goede werking van het machinepark centraal staan.

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld binnen mechanica, elektromechanica, industriële technieken of productie
  • Je hebt interesse in machines en technische productieprocessen en je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en kunt problemen logisch analyseren
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om de specifieke werking van weefmachines aan te leren
