Je gaat aan de slag in een hecht team van acht monteurs binnen de technische dienst. Als Monteur WTB binnen de Technische Dienst krijg je hier letterlijk en figuurlijk de ruimte om je te ontwikkelen. Je mag rekenen op: - Een bruto maandsalaris tot €4.952,- afhankelijk van ervaring; - Een vaste winstuitkering van 3,5% en later een resultaatafhankelijke bonus; - Minimaal 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen. Functieomschrijving Als Monteur WTB binnen de Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud aan grof mechanische installaties. Je werkt in dagdienst en hebt een breed takenpakket, van gepland onderhoud tot het begeleiden van externe monteurs. Jij bepaalt zelf welk werk wordt uitbesteed, dus jouw technische én organisatorische inzicht komen hier goed van pas. Vieze handen? Geen probleem voor jou - dat hoort er gewoon bij! Aanbod - Een bruto maandsalaris tot €4.952,- afhankelijk van ervaring - Opleidingsbudget tot €2.000 per jaar Daarnaast bieden we je in de rol van Monteur WTB volop doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een organisatie waar techniek écht centraal staat. Denk aan rollen als werkvoorbereider, teamleider of installatieverantwoordelijke. Voorwaarden - Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica of AOT - Je bent bereid (eventueel via ons) door te groeien naar een mbo niveau 4 diploma Verder werk je als Monteur WTB in dagdienst (07:30 - 16:15) en ben je proactief, zelfstandig én een teamplayer.
