Kom dan als HBO stagiair het team van Westo Prefab Betonsystemen versterken! Bij Westo in Coevorden maken we hoogwaardig prefab beton dat wordt gebruikt voor gevelelementen en hoofddraagconstructies van kantoren, woontorens, appartementen en huizen. Deze worden geassembleerd op de bouwplaats; een efficiënt en duurzaam proces dat we voortdurend optimaliseren. Westo maakt onderdeel uit van VolkerWessels en samen met onze zusterbedrijven realiseren we toonaangevende bouwprojecten zoals The Valley in Amsterdam, WonderWoods in Utrecht, Trudo Toren in Eindhoven, OCC en Sonate A en B in Den Haag. Jouw stage opdracht Als stagiair of afstudeerder bij Westo krijg je alle kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Wij hebben geen vooraf gedefinieerde stage opdracht; samen met jou gaan we een opdracht vinden waar jij goed op je plek zit. Wil jij bijvoorbeeld aan de slag in de werkvoorbereiding of vind je de optimalisatie van het productieproces interessant? Dat kan! Ook kun je zien hoe projecten van A tot Z worden ontwikkeld en geleid. Het gaat om een combinatie van een meewerkstage en ruimte voor het werken aan een opdracht vanuit je leerdoelen. Wat bieden wij jou als stagiair? Westo biedt jou een informele werkomgeving met korte lijnen waar ruimte is voor zelfstandigheid en persoonlijke groei. Wij vinden de instroom van jong talent binnen onze organisatie belangrijk en hebben elk half jaar een aantal stagiairs in het team.
