Als ein aufstrebendes, modernes Unternehmen im Wachstumsmarkt der Personaldienstleistung mit bereits 5 Filialen in ganz Österreich, wollen wir nun weiter expandieren und suchen deshalb neue Mitarbeiter_innen die unser motiviertes TEAM ergänzen wollen.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Niederlassung in Linz sind wir auf der Suche nach 1 motiverte_n Personalberater_in Wir suchen eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Person, die eigenständig arbeitet und ihre Aufgaben zuverlässig in einem Einzelbüro übernimmt. Die Position erfordert ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation, Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungsfreude.

Deine Performance zeigst Du in folgenden Bereichen:

* Personaldisposition und Neukundenakquisition

* Recruiting und Bewerber_innenmanagement

* Mitgestaltung von Vertriebsstrategien

* Laufende Betreuung unserer aktiven Mitarbeiter_innen und Kund_innen

* Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen

* Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund_innen und Bewerber_innen

Du bringst mit:

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Vertriebsaffinität und Serviceorientierung

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Teamgeist, Freude und Spaß an der Arbeit

* Dynamik, unternehmerisches Denken und Kommunikationsstärke

* Berufserfahrung in der Branche
