Wir sind ein Motorradhändler mit angeschlossener Werkstätte und suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Motorrad Verkaufsberater/in (m/w/d) Motorräder sind deine Leidenschaft? Verkaufen deine Stärke?

Du begeisterst dich für Motorräder, hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und überzeugst mit deinem Verkaufstalent? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Zur Verstärkung unseres Verkaufsteams suchen wir eine motivierte, engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere Kunden kompetent berät und mit Begeisterung unsere Motorräder und Produkte verkauft.

Bei uns erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit rund um namhafte Motorradmarken, ein kollegiales Team und die Möglichkeit, deine Leidenschaft zum Beruf zu machen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Verkauf von Neu- und Gebrauchtmotorrädern

* Beratung und Verkauf von Finanzierungslösungen

* Verkauf von Motorradzubehör und Bekleidung

* Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden

* Organisation und Abwicklung von Probefahrten

* Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Verkaufsbereich

Das bringst du mit

* Begeisterung für Motorräder und Interesse an der Zweiradbranche

* Freude am Verkauf und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Preise, Margen und Kalkulationen

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit

* Erfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise im Motorrad- oder KFZ-Handel, von Vorteil

* Führerschein Klasse A von Vorteil

Entlohnung

Wir bieten eine attraktive, leistungsorientierte Vergütung bestehend aus einem Fixgehalt sowie einem zusätzlichen Provisions- und Bonussystem.

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt auf Basis der Beschäftigungsgruppe D, Stufe 1, gemäß Handels-KV 2026 € 2.362 brutto monatlich bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung (38,5 Stunden/Woche).

Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
