Als Mould Design Engineer bij Ciner Glass ontwerp, optimaliseer en beheer je de matrijzen waarmee hoogwaardig verpakkingsglas wordt geproduceerd. Je combineert technische expertise met creativiteit en werkt nauw samen met engineering, productie, onderhoud, kwaliteit en externe leveranciers.

Jouw rol

Ontwerpen & optimaliseren

  • Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van matrijzen, plunjers, vormdelen en andere tools.
  • Optimaliseren van bestaande ontwerpen voor betere kwaliteit, efficiëntie en levensduur.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van productieproblemen zoals breuk, vervorming, onzuiverheden en vormfouten.
  • Opstellen en beheren van 2D- en 3D-CAD-tekeningen en technische documentatie.
  • Adviseren over materialen, toleranties, afwerking en machine-instellingen.
  • Ondersteunen van proefproducties en nieuwe productintroducties.

Matrijsbeheer & leveranciers

  • Technische opvolging van externe leveranciers en matrijzenproducenten.
  • Opvolgen van productie, testen, kwaliteit, planning en budget.
  • Registreren en analyseren van prestaties, storingen, onderhoud en levensduur van matrijzen.

Continuous improvement

  • Vertalen van productie- en kwaliteitsdata naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Opvolgen van nieuwe technologieën, materialen, productieprocessen en digitalisering.
  • Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten binnen engineering en productie.

Samenwerken & kennis delen

  • Overleggen met productie, onderhoud, engineering en kwaliteit.
  • Technisch ondersteunen en opleiden van collega’s.
  • Delen van best practices en bijdragen aan veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte processen.

Dit breng jij mee

  • Een Bachelor diploma in Werktuigbouwkunde, Industrieel Ontwerpen, Materiaaltechnologie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Ervaring met technisch ontwerp, bij voorkeur in de glasindustrie of een vergelijkbare productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van 3D CAD, bij voorkeur CATIA.
  • Ervaring met toleranties, technische documentatie en normen zoals ISO en DIN.
  • Een analytische, oplossingsgerichte en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar haalt ook energie uit samenwerken.
  • Je bent kwaliteitsbewust, nieuwsgierig en denkt graag mee over verbetering.
