Jouw nieuwe functie

Als MRT Officer werk je binnen de operationele afdeling en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, bestuurders en leveranciers. Je combineert technische inzichten met een sterke administratieve opvolging.

Als MRT Officer zorg jij ervoor dat onderhoud, herstellingen en kosten optimaal worden beheerd:

  • Je beoordeelt en behandelt aanvragen voor onderhoud, herstellingen en banden
  • Je controleert werken onder waarborg of coulance
  • Je adviseert leveranciers bij diagnoses en technische problemen
  • Je stuurt expertise-opdrachten uit en volgt deze op
  • Je maakt kosteninschattingen voor onderhoud en reparaties
  • Je adviseert bestuurders over het onderhoud van hun leasewagens
  • Je houdt processen en technische documentatie up-to-date

Kortom, als MRT Officer zorg jij ervoor dat alles technisch en administratief vlot verloopt en draag je bij aan een hoge klantentevredenheid.

  • Je hebt interesse in of kennis van automechanica (opleiding of ervaring)
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans
