Jouw baan als Senior MSAT Process Engineer

Wil jij mee aan de basis staan van de lancering van nieuwe biotechnologische geneesmiddelen? Als Senior MSAT Process Engineer versterk je het USP Technology Transfer Team en ondersteun je de introductie van nieuwe celcultuurprocessen naar grootschalige GMP-productie. Je werkt mee aan een belangrijk launch-project dat op korte termijn van start gaat en een directe impact heeft op de productieactiviteiten. Binnen deze rol vorm je de brug tussen ontwikkeling en productie en zorg je ervoor dat processen succesvol worden overgedragen naar de productiesite. Je werkt nauw samen met productie-, kwaliteits- en laboratoriumteams en draagt bij aan een vlotte implementatie van nieuwe technologieën.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Coördineren van technology transfer van USP-processen naar GMP-productie
  • Ondersteunen van at-scale productieactiviteiten voor nieuwe launches
  • Opstellen van procesdocumentatie, batch records en samplingplannen
  • Uitvoeren van procesanalyses, trending en monitoring van kritische parameters
  • Ondersteunen van procesvalidaties en process performance qualification
  • Uitwerken van technische studies, protocollen en rapporten
  • Onderzoeken van afwijkingen en uitvoeren van impactassessments

Je werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders en weet technische informatie helder te communiceren. Dankzij je analytische aanpak behoud je het overzicht in complexe processen en ga je gestructureerd te werk. Je kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende prioriteiten binnen een GMP-omgeving.

Hard skills

  • Masterdiploma of PhD in Biotechnologie, Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkaardig
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring (Master) of 3 jaar ervaring (PhD) binnen MSAT, process development of technology transfer
  • Ervaring met mammalian cell culture of andere upstream bioprocessen
  • Goede kennis van GMP-productieomgevingen binnen biotech of farmaceutica
  • Vlotte kennis van Engels
