IHRE AUFGABEN

- Planung und Umsetzung von Neu- und Umbauprojekten im Bereich Mess-, Steuer- und

Regeltechnik (MSR) mit Schwerpunkt Büro- und Gewerbeimmobilien

- Erstellung und Pflege von Plänen, Schemata sowie technischer Gebäudedokumentation

- Koordination der Projektabwicklung mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten

- Erstellung von Angeboten, Kalkulationen und Bestellungen in Abstimmung mit Einkauf

und Projektleitung

- Technische Unterstützung in der Projektvorbereitung sowie Begleitung von

Inbetriebnahmen

- Sicherstellung der fachgerechten Ausführung und einer vollständigen

Projektdokumentation

IHR PROFIL

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektro- oder Regelungstechnik (Lehre, HTL oder

höherwertig)

- Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Abwicklung von MSR-Projekten

- CAD-Kenntnisse (z. B. AutoCAD, Revit, EPLAN) von Vorteil

- Ganzheitliches Prozess- und Projektverständnis

- Eigeninitiative sowie strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise

- Sicheres, selbstbewusstes Auftreten im Umgang mit Dienstleister:innen und

Auftraggeber:innen

- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an koordinativen Aufgaben
