Jouw rol Als Financieel Manager ben je het financiële geweten van onze organisatie en een belangrijk lid van het managementteam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning & control-cyclus en voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie. Je kijkt niet alleen terug naar wat er is gebeurd, maar vooral vooruit. Waar liggen kansen? Welke risico's zien we? Waar kunnen we efficiënter werken? En welke investeringen dragen bij aan onze toekomstige groei? Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en bent vanuit jouw financiële expertise een belangrijke sparringpartner bij zowel dagelijkse vraagstukken als strategische beslissingen.
