Op onze locatie in Gasselternijveen vind je het volledige productieproces: van aardappel in het zand tot hoogwaardige zetmeel- en eiwittoepassingen voor voeding, industrie en diervoeding. Als Multi Employable Operator werk je op onze grootste fabriek voor voedingsingrediënten. Je beweegt je tussen verschillende afdelingen en processen. Elke dag start je met een korte wandeling langs fabrieken en kantoren een nuchtere, Groningse start van je werkdag. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar techniek, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Jouw impact Als Multi Employable Operator lever je een directe bijdrage aan het productieproces én de kwaliteit van onze eindproducten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen, afwijkingen tijdig worden gesignaleerd en dat de fabriek veilig en efficiënt draait. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het controleren, bijregelen en sturen van productieprocessen volgens procedures, planning en analysegegevens. - Het coördineren van productovergangen en uitvoeren van kwaliteitsanalyses. - Het bedienen en monitoren van processen via het DCS-systeem vanuit de centrale regelkamer. - Het registreren van productiegegevens in geautomatiseerde systemen. - Het zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving volgens HACCP-standaarden.
