Wat ga je doen?

Als multi-inzetbare operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en controleren van verschillende installaties in het productieproces. Dit omvat de zetmachine (voor het stapelen van stenen), de trommelmachine (voor het creëren van een verouderingseffect door machinaal trommelen) en de afladingsmachine (voor het inpakken en beladen van pallets met stenen).

Je zorgt voor een optimale afstelling, besturing en controle van de zet-, trommel- en afladingsmachine, gebaseerd op voorschriften en je eigen ervaring. Daarnaast voer je klein onderhoud uit, zoals het verwisselen van slijtdelen en het schoonmaken van de machines en je werkplek. Je assisteert ook de techniekers bij herstellingen.

Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitscontroles, waarbij je stalen neemt en deze laat keuren. Je registreert productiegegevens en eventuele bijzonderheden, en je respecteert altijd onze normen voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne.

Wie ben jij?

  • Passie voor techniek en oog voor detail, zodat je de installaties op termijn zelfstandig kan bedienen
  • Een planmatige aanpak, waardoor jij problemen efficiënt oplost
  • Een flexibele, ordelijke en stipte werkhouding
  • Enthousiasme om in teamverband en in 2 ploegendienst te werken
  • Van nature aandacht voor veiligheid

Opleiding: Een middelbaar diploma bij voorkeur in een technische richting

Vakkennis: Je hebt reeds een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug, in een soortgelijke functie

Talenkennis: Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed

Attesten: Er zijn geen attesten vereist
