Multi-Skilled Technician Amsterdam CBRE Amsterdam, Netherlands Multi-Skilled Technician Amsterdam CBRE Amsterdam, Netherlands Multi-Skilled Technician Amsterdam Als Multi-Skilled Technician bij CBRE Global Workplace Solutions ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, begeleiden, uitvoeren van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan de gebouw gebonden installaties. Onze klant heeft zijn intrede gedaan in een nieuw en high-end hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam. Wij zoeken een techneut met hands-on mentaliteit en een brede technische kennis, je bent in staat om zelfstandig problemen op te lossen op het gebied van elektriciteit, HVAC en een variëteit aan gebouw gebonden installaties. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan de installaties en gebouwen. • Plannen en begeleiden technische leveranciers, met een sterk gevoel voor veiligheid. • Oplossen van storingen en problemen op het gebied van elektriciteit, HVAC, en een diversiteit aan gebouw gebonden installaties. • Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en proactief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van de technische installaties en gebouwen. • Uitvoeren van kleine aanpassingen aan de installaties en gebouwen. • Bijhouden van de technische documentatie en rapporteren van werkzaamheden. • Accuraat beheer van diverse logboeken, o.a. de HVAC en Brandveiligheid installaties. • Hands-on ondersteunend aan events en kantoor herinrichting • Dagelijkse inspectie ronden op orde, netheid en veiligheid. • Beheer en onderhoud Legionella management. Wat heb jij te bieden: • Afgeronde technische opleiding op MBO-niveau, bijv. Elektrotechniek, HVAC of vergelijkbaar en of aantoonbare werkervaring. • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare technische functie • Brede technische kennis op het gebied van elektriciteit, HVAC en een diversiteit van gebouw gebonden installaties. • In staat om zelfstandig te werken en problemen op te lossen. • ...
