Als Multistore Manager (m/w/d) bei Pearle /Apollo verantwortest du mehrere Filialen gleichzeitig und entwickelst diese strategisch weiter. Du verbindest unternehmerisches Denken mit moderner Führung und stellst gemeinsam mit deinen Filialteams sicher, dass wirtschaftliche Ziele erreicht und unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bestmöglich betreut werden.

* Deine Aufgaben ** Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für mehrere Filialen und steuerst deren wirtschaftlichen Erfolg ganzheitlich. ** Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst deine Teams und schaffst ein positives, wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld. ** Du hast Kennzahlen, Umsatz und Warenbestände stets im Blick und leitest gezielt Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung ab. ** Du stellst die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards sowie einen einheitlichen Markenauftritt über alle Standorte hinweg sicher. ** Du optimierst Prozesse und Strukturen filialübergreifend und sorgst für effiziente Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft. ** Du planst Einsatz- und Arbeitszeiten effizient und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft. ** Du entwickelst und setzt konkrete Aktionspläne zur Steigerung von Umsatz und Teamleistung um Das bringst du mit ** Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung (z. B.
