  • Je werkt op ‘Crisis & HIC, een gesloten opnameafdeling voor volwassenen die in ernstige en/of acute psychiatrische nood verkeren.
  • Je werkt in een interdisciplinair team waar je samen met jouw collega’s een veilige en gestructureerde behandelomgeving creëert.
  • Je draagt mee de verantwoordelijkheid voor de continuïteit en ontwikkeling van het therapeutisch aanbod.
  • Je coacht de zorgvragers en leidt zowel groeps- als individuele therapeutische sessies.
  • In overleg en volgens jouw expertise, kan je eigen therapeutische sessies uitwerken die passen binnen de herstelondersteunende zorg en behandeling die we bieden.
  • Je biedt zorg op maat en gaat actief mee op zoek naar de sterktes en mogelijkheden van de zorgvragers.
  • Via mondelinge en schriftelijke rapportage zorg je voor een duidelijke overdracht van informatie.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma bachelor in de muziektherapie of creatieve therapie, optie muziek.
  • Je bent geëngageerd, respectvol en zoekt actief naar verbinding met de zorgvragers.
  • Je bent een dynamische teamplayer en voelt zich goed in een multidisciplinaire samenwerking.
  • Taken worden spontaan opgenomen en op een professionele manier nauwgezet uitgevoerd.
  • Onder druk blijf je efficiënt en besluitvaardig functioneren.
  • Zin hebben voor verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief durven nemen, zijn essentieel.
  • Je beschikt over de vaardigheid om duidelijk en gericht te overleggen en te communiceren.
  • Je beschikt over zelfkennis en staat open voor continue ontwikkeling.
  • Je durft jezelf in vraag te stellen, staat open voor feedback en bent in staat om zelf constructieve feedback te geven.
