Bei Danecker steht handwerkliche Qualität im Mittelpunkt. In unserer Backstube entstehen Brote und Backwaren mit klaren Rezepturen, definierten Prozessen und hohen Qualitätsansprüchen.

Für unseren Nachtbetrieb suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachkraft, die Verantwortung übernimmt und Qualität lebt.

Wir suchen eine_n 1 (Nacht-)Bäcker_in Zum Erreichen des Arbeitsortes ist unbedingt ein Führerschein B sowie ein eigenes Auto erforderlich.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Bedienung der Mischanlagen und der Brotlinie im Nachtbetrieb

* Einwägen der Rohstoffe nach Rezepturen mittels Einwäge-Computer (HB)

* Laufende Kontrolle der Mischmassen hinsichtlich Teigkonsistenz, Temperatur und Feuchtigkeit

* Aufbereitung der Teigmassen zu Brotprodukten (Portionieren, Wirken, Ruhezeiten)

* Einschießen der Brote in den Ofen gemeinsam mit dem Ofen-Bäcker

* Gemeinsame Qualitätskontrolle nach dem Backvorgang (Kruste, Krume, Saftigkeit, Geschmack)

* Fachgerechter Umgang mit Ausschussware gemäß Qualitätsvorgaben

* Kontrolle der Rohstoffe auf Menge und Qualität

* Mitarbeit bei Produktentwicklungen sowie Unterstützung der Backstuben-Leitung bei Prozessoptimierungen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker_in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (idealerweise > 5 Jahre)

* Sehr gutes Verständnis für Teigkonsistenzen

* Fachkenntnisse in Poolish (Weizenvorteig) und Roggen-Sauerteig

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit

* Lösungsorientiertes Handeln bei Abweichungen von Qualitätsstandards

* Grundlegende PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (Office)

* Führerschein B sowie eigenes Fahrzeug

Rahmenbedingungen

* Tätigkeit im Nachtbetrieb

* Dienstbeginn von 21:30 bis 05:00 Uhr wochentags,

Samstags von 21:30 bis 03:00 Uhr

* Jeden zweiten Samstag frei

* Dienstort: Backstube Danecker

* Eintritt: ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung

* Gehalt: EUR 4.500,- inkl. Zulagen
