pro mente Wien bietet Angebote für Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen in den Lebensbereichen Wohnen, Arbeit, Bildung und Freizeit sowie Unterstützung zur Selbsthilfe und setzt sich dafür ein, die Lebensbedingungen für Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen zu gestalten. Und das seit mehr als 60 Jahren.

Für unseren Garconnierenverbund 22 suchen wir eine:n Mitarbeiter:in für die Nachtarbeitsbereitschaft.

Wir betreuen Menschen mit schweren psychischen Erkrankungen und erheblichen Problemen im Bereich der Selbstfürsorge und in ihren Beziehungen zur Umwelt. Die Menschen werden in ihren eigenen Apartments am Stützpunkt betreut. 1 Nachtarbeitsbereitschaftsdienst für den Garconnierenverbund 22 (w/m/d) Wien, Teilzeit (8 Std./Woche), ab 28.10.2026, unbefristet

Ihre Aufgaben - abwechslungsreich und vielseitig

* 1 bis 2 Nachtarbeitsbereitschaftsdienste pro Woche von 19.30 - 08.30 Uhr (nach §8 des SWÖ-KV)

* Ansprechperson in Krisen während der Nacht

* Erstinterventionen (durch ein Gespräch, durch Erste-Hilfe-Maßnahmen, etc.)

* bei Bedarf Aktivierung einer Rufbereitschaft bzw. Organisation von Hilfe

* Dokumentation und Dienstübergabe

* Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen (ca. 1x/Monat)

* Teilnahme an Supervision (ca. 1x/Monat)

Das bringen Sie mit

* bestehende oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im psychosozialen Bereich

* praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen

* zeitliche Flexibilität (mind. 1 Nachtdienst pro Woche, mind. 1 Nachtdienst pro Monat an einem Samstag oder Sonntag)

* gerne auch Pensionist:innen mit entsprechender Qualifikation

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mind. EUR 619,93 für 8 Wochenstunden zuzüglich Zulagen (Nachtarbeit, Nachtarbeitsbereitschaft) gemäß Kollektivvertrag SWÖ, Verwendungsgruppe 6. Die genaue Höhe der Entlohnung ist abhängig von Ihrer beruflichen Vorerfahrung.
