Emiliani is een dynamische en innovatieve voorziening met de hoofdzetel in Lokeren en met meerdere huizen in Lokeren, Zaffelare en Waasmunster. We zoeken voortdurend naar manieren om de dagelijkse ondersteuning aan volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking niet alleen te garanderen, maar ook te verbeteren. Samen met de cliënten en hun netwerk bekijken we hoe hun leven vorm kan krijgen op het vlak van wonen, werken en vrije tijd. Samenwerking en dialoog staan centraal: samen bereik je meer, met respect voor ieders eigenheid en talenten.

Binnen Emiliani staan innovatie, betrokkenheid en continue verbetering centraal. We bieden maatwerk en zetten in op een warme, persoonsgerichte benadering. Ruim 300 collega’s bouwen elke dag mee aan een zorgzame en verbindende organisatiecultuur, waar het welzijn van zowel cliënten als medewerkers vooropstaat.

Werken als ondersteuner in de nacht

Op 27/10 starten twee nieuwe woonprojecten op: 22 cliënten verhuizen naar Hoedhaar (Lokeren) en 28 cliënten naar Zaffelare. We zoeken nog een collega die vooral op Zaffelare zal werken en in nood ook in Hoedhaar of in de Krekelstraat (Lokeren) kan inspringen.

Je staat in voor:

· De nachtelijke verzorging van de bewoners

· Logistieke en huishoudelijke taken

· De veiligheid

Als je bij ons aan de slag gaat, krijg je opleiding rond de noodprocedure bij brand. Er is ook heel wat andere vorming die je kan volgen: EHBO, heffen en tillen, palliatieve zorg, dementie…

· Je hebt een sociaal-agogisch diploma

· Je doet graag verzorgend werk en je doet met plezier de logistieke en huishoudelijke taken

· Ervaring in de sector van personen met een beperking is een pluspunt· Je beschikt over een grote zin voor verantwoordelijkheid

· Aanwerving is mogelijk na het voorleggen van een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister (model 595 Sv – model 1); het uittreksel mag maximaal één maand oud zijn op het moment van voorlegging
