Nachtdienst medewerker Zorgregiecentrale In de rol van Nachtdienst medewerker Zorgregiecentrale ondersteun je cliënten en collega's op afstand tijdens de nacht. Je bewaakt meldingen, houdt systemen in de gaten en schakelt snel en adequaat bij signalen of calamiteiten. Zo zorg je ervoor dat cliënten kunnen rekenen op veilige en passende zorg. Met wie ga jij werken? Siza organiseert de nachtzorg centraal op diverse locaties. De zorgregiecentrale ondersteunt hier vanaf afstand bij. Daardoor zet je je in voor alle doelgroepen van Siza. Siza biedt ondersteuning en zorg aan mensen met een lichamelijke, verstandelijke of meervoudige beperking en aan mensen met autisme of niet-aangeboren hersenletsel. Zo maak jij het verschil Als Nachtdienst medewerker Zorgregiecentrale ben je in de nacht het eerste aanspreekpunt voor meldingen vanuit cliënten en zorgmedewerkers. Je monitort cliënten via een innovatief zorgdomoticasysteem en beoordeelt signalen op urgentie. Je analyseert situaties, zet acties uit volgens de gemaakte afspraken en schakelt waar nodig collega's op locatie in. Ook registreer je gebeurtenissen zorgvuldig, zodat begeleiders inzicht hebben in hoe cliënten de nacht zijn doorgekomen. Je werkt vaak met meerdere systemen tegelijk en weet rust te bewaren, ook als situaties onverwacht veranderen. Bij storingen of calamiteiten handel je volgens protocol en vanuit eigen inzicht. Als Nachtdienst medewerker Zorgregiecentrale ben je op afstand toch heel dicht bij een client. Van de cliënten die onder de zorgregiecentrale vallen, wordt alles geregistreerd. Voor de begeleiders is het heel belangrijk om te weten hoe een cliënt de nacht heeft doorgebracht.
