Jij zorgt voor rust, veiligheid en continuïteit wanneer cliënten werken aan hun herstel. Zo werk jij Ben jij een betrokken verpleegkundige die graag nachtdiensten werkt en het verschil wil maken voor volwassenen met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening (EPA)? Op onze locatie in Bussum bied je tijdens de nacht verpleegkundige zorg, veiligheid en ondersteuning aan cliënten. Je observeert veranderingen, handelt wanneer dat nodig is en zorgt voor een goede overdracht naar het dagteam. Zo lever je ook buiten kantooruren een belangrijke bijdrage aan het herstel van cliënten. De Mauritzhof is een kleinschalige en betrokken locatie in Bussum waar herstelgerichte zorg wordt geboden aan volwassenen met voornamelijk een WLZ-indicatie. De locatie bestaat uit twee afdelingen: een kliniek met 16 bedden en 24 appartementen, waar cliënten werken aan hun herstel en het zetten van nieuwe stappen in hun leven, samen met hun naasten. Voor het merendeel van de cliënten is het doel om door te stromen naar een vorm van beschermd wonen. Als verpleegkundige nachtdienst werk je binnen de kliniek. Hier begeleid je cliënten die tijdelijk intensievere behandeling en ondersteuning nodig hebben. Tijdens de nacht bied je rust, nabijheid en structuur. Je bewaakt het dag- en nachtritme, signaleert veranderingen in de lichamelijke en psychische gezondheid van cliënten en levert met jouw observaties een waardevolle bijdrage aan het behandelproces. Binnen de kliniek werken we volgens de uitgangspunten van het ART-model (Active Recovery Triad).
