Medewerker nachtdienst mbo | Maassluis | € 2.669,01 - € 3.577,93 | Zorg - Onderwijs Voor onze locatie De Klimroos in Maassluis, zoeken wij een vaste nachtdienstmedewerker voor 1 weekend in de maand (zaterdag en zondag). Wat ga je doen als begeleider als nachtdienst medewerker? Op de Klimroos zijn groepen voor kinderen met ontwikkelingsstoornissen die passen bij ASS, ADHD en andere problematieken. Op de Klimroos wordt er begeleiding gegeven in groepsverband aan kinderen van 4 tot 16 jaar. Als nachtdienstmedewerker heb je een eigen slaapkamer en ben je tijdens de nacht beschikbaar wanneer dat nodig is. Kinderen kunnen je wekken als zij hulp of ondersteuning nodig hebben, waarna je zelfstandig handelt. Mocht het nodig zijn, dan kan de collega worden gebeld die de 24-uurs bereikbaarheidsdienst heeft . Je werkt op zaterdagmiddag 17:00 tot zondagochtend 10:00 uur. In de avond begeleid je de kinderen bij hun avondroutine, zoals persoonlijke verzorging, medicatie en het naar bed gaan. Daarnaast is er ruimte voor ontspanning, bijvoorbeeld door samen een spelletje te doen of een film te kijken. Na bedtijd rond je de rapportages af en verricht je lichte huishoudelijke werkzaamheden. In de ochtend help je de kinderen met opstaan, aankleden en de persoonlijke verzorging waar nodig. Je ontbijt samen met de kinderen en draagt de bijzonderheden van de avond en nacht over aan de dagdienst, die om 9:30 start. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige, rustige omgeving en ondersteun je de kinderen bij het behouden van een gezond dag- en nachtritme. Wat wij jou bieden - Een salaris tussen de € 2.669,01 en € 3.577,93 bruto o.b.v. 36 uur. Inschaling op basis van kennis en ervaring; - Je krijgt 8,33% vakantiegeld en ruim 5 weken vakantie bij een fulltime dienstverband. Dus genoeg ruimte om op te laden en te genieten; - Een opleidingsbudget van 1,5% van je jaarsalaris dat je kunt inzetten voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling via bijvoorbeeld de Prodeba Academy...
