Nachtdienstmedewerker mbo | 00 uur | Delft | Wonen Jongvolwassenen Wij zoeken een nachtdienst medewerker voor onze 24-uurs locatie in Delft! Ben jij in het bezit van een MBO 3 diploma in de richting van maatschappelijk werk en werk jij graag nachtdiensten? Grote kans dat deze functie dan echt wat voor jou is! Wat ga je doen als nachtdienst medewerker? Als nachtdienst medewerker pak jij de wakkere nachtdiensten op en ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt bij calamiteiten en onduidelijkheden. Dit doe je voor onze 24-uurs locatie in Delft. Hier wonen jongvolwassenen (18 tot 30 jaar) met autisme of aanverwante problematiek binnen de GGZ (psychiatrie). Naast de nachtdiensten horen de volgende werkzaamheden ook bij jouw functie: - Het draaien van de agenda in de avond en ochtend, o.a. verschillende begeleidingsmomenten; - Je schrijft na afloop van iedere nachtdienst een objectieve rapportage in het online cliëntdossier; - Je signaleert tijdens de begeleiding de bijzonderheden en het welzijn van de cliënt en stelt de mentor en gedragsdeskundige op de hoogte. Wat wij jou bieden - Je krijgt een 0 uren contract wat betekent dat je flexibel wordt ingezet; - Een uurloon wat past bij de desbetreffende functiegroep; - Een werkplek binnen een organisatie waar er voldoende ruimte is om verder te groeien; - Het volgen van verschillende cursussen/trainingen, denk bijvoorbeeld aan een basiscursus ASS/ADHD, een agressie training of een BHV-training. Wat wij jou vragen - Je bent minimaal in bezit van een MBO 3 opleiding in de richting van maatschappelijk werk; - Flexibel inzetbaar; - Je bent flexibel, enthousiast, beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en staat stevig in je schoenen; - Het is een pré als je in het bezit bent van een diploma van de opleiding tot ervaringsdeskundige.
